MotoPlanner.com offers tools to plan motorcycle routes, including the ability to:
- Create and download routes in GPX format.
- View POIs such as mountain passes and scenic roads.
- Submit new roads and contribute photos and comments.
- Access navigable segments via Google Maps.
Basic usage is free, while the PLUS Subscription provides advanced features, including saving routes to the Site's cloud.
3. Registration and PLUS Subscription
- Registration is not required for the basic use of the Site.
- The PLUS Subscription is paid and unlocks additional features.
- Payments are handled via PayPal and are non-refundable unless an exception is granted case by case.
- MotoPlanner.com reserves the right to adjust prices, benefits, and subscription terms with prior notice to users.
4. User Contributions
Users may submit new roads, upload photos, and comment on POIs. By uploading content, you confirm you hold the necessary rights and grant MotoPlanner.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited license to display, distribute, and use that content for informational or promotional purposes.
MotoPlanner.com reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or not in line with these Terms of Use.
5. Liability and Limitations
MotoPlanner.com provides its services "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or reliability. You acknowledge that:
- Information provided may not be up to date or accurate.
- Use of the Site is at your own risk.
- MotoPlanner.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site's information or features.
- MotoPlanner navigation relies on Mapbox Navigation and is provided solely for informational purposes as a general guide. MotoPlanner has not verified or validated generated routes, including their feasibility, safety, or suitability for the intended use. Routes may change due to environmental conditions, roadworks, or infrastructure updates. Always use caution, your own judgment, and alternate navigation tools; do not follow routes that could compromise safety. The user bears sole responsibility for using the navigation data and any resulting outcomes.
6. Changes to the Terms
MotoPlanner.com may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified through the Site, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
